# Sleeping quarters and ERP (Establishment Open to the Public)

Only accommodation with a total capacity of more than 15 people is subject to the regulations against the risks of fire and panic and the regulations guaranteeing accessibility applicable to establishments open to the public (ERP). As a result, they most often apply to hotels or tourist residences, but not to bed and breakfasts or furnished tourist accommodation.
